This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. We hold your information only when you choose to send it to us.

Who holds your data

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the form on the Those Clips page we receive your name, company, email, the project you name, and whatever you write.
• Email. When you write to us, including music sent to Those Days Records, we receive your message and whatever it contains.
• Server logs. Our host records technical data such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the page.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use it to reply to you and to take steps toward a possible agreement, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and for the legitimate interest of running and securing our business, under Article 6(1)(f).

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.
• Vercel Inc. hosts this site and keeps server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to three years from our last contact. Where a contract exists, accounting records are kept for the period Spanish commercial and tax law requires. Music submissions we do not take forward are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or you can object to our handling of it. Email contact@thosedays.co and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at aepd.es.
