These terms govern your use of this website. Client work is governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for that engagement, and where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.
Those Days provides creative marketing services across music, film and brands, including strategy and consulting, creator marketing, content and distribution, fan and community development, catalog activation and digital PR.
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed for each engagement in writing before work starts. We quote per project, so this site publishes no price list.
Each engagement sets its own fees, currency and payment terms in the proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable on the terms stated there.
Our work is a service rather than a shipped product, so nothing is dispatched and no delivery terms apply.
Either side can end an engagement in writing on the notice set out in the agreement. Where work has already been performed, fees for that work remain payable, along with third-party costs already committed on your behalf, such as creator fees and media spend. Any remaining prepaid balance that covers work not yet performed and costs not yet committed is refunded within 30 days.
Music sent to Those Days Records is listened to without obligation on either side. Sending us music creates no agreement, transfers no rights, and places us under no duty of confidence. We may already be working on projects that resemble yours.
The design, text, brand marks and original content on this site belong to Those Days S.L. Third-party material shown as examples remains with its rights holders, as set out in our legal notice.
Rights in work produced during an engagement are assigned as the agreement for that engagement sets out.
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Spanish law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the Courts of Barcelona.
